A hidden gem only reached by watercraft, Hope Island Marine State Park is a special place to those who live in the area. Visitors may explore the trails, catch a glimpse of seals in the water, watch eagles soar in the sky or have a picnic under historic fruit trees.
Hope Island is a boat-in only park located in the Squaxin Passage. Hike among the Douglas-fir, cedar and hemlock trees or watch the eagles and great blue heron snack on shellfish.

Picnic and day use facilities The park provides unsheltered picnic tables for day-use visitors. Tables are available first come, first served.
Camping The park offers eight primitive campsites and one group campsite. All are first come, first served. Payable by cash or check. No water is available, but two vault toilets are provided.
